Rainy Day Provision
Your sale rained out? Our rainy day provision applies only for upgrade packages (Bronze, Silver, Gold). Garagesaleposting.com will run your ad to your next specified dates with the following criteria; response for this service must be given within the dates of your running ad before your sale time expires, our updating could take up to 48 hrs, so if your new sale dates are before the next 48 hrs after your first sale dates end, thus voids this provision, all ads addresses and descriptions will remain the same as original, and your new dates must be within 30 days of your original ad posting.

Limitation of Liability/Disclaimer
Neither party hereto undertakes any liability to the other for any such errors, omissions, delays, or losses. Garagesaleposting.com shall not be liable under for any causes of action whether in contract, tort (including, but not limited to, negligence)circumstance, any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials in this site, even if Garagesaleposting.com authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Browser agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Garagesaleposting.com and its respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against all claims and expenses, including reasonable costs, disbursements, attorneys fees, arising out of the use of the Garagesaleposting.com Web Site or violation of this Agreement.
